FOR THE PLATFORM Ndreqe.com is an online platform that collects citizens' complaints about municipal public services and portrays them on an interactive map. The platform enables citizens to report complaints easily and quickly while allowing municipal institutions to channel these requests in one easily accessible place.

Currently, through the Ndreqe Platform, the following categories of issues can be reported: waste, illegal parking, potholes in the road, public lighting, damaged sidewalks, or smoking in public spaces.

Complaints reported on Ndreqe are sent to responsible municipal officials for resolution. Each citizen can view reported complaints, update them, or subscribe to notifications. Additionally, Ndreqe creates an atmosphere of civic engagement, where citizens can be directly involved in complaints with local governance. It allows citizens to easily and quickly report complaints about public services in their neighborhoods and villages.

Ndreqe.com is based on the open FixMyStreet platform by mySociety. Demokraci Plus (D+) brings this platform to Kosovo in partnership with the National Democratic Institute (NDI) in Washington.
